How can I become qualified to be a special education teacher in MA?


I live in MA, and hope to work in special education- How do I get the proper licence? I have my Bachelors Degree (in history) , I took the MTEL test with English as the subject- what additional tests do I need to take , and what addition credentials do i need to be qualified as a special education teacher in MA? Do I need a Masters degree in special education before I can become a teacher in that field? I'd love to work with students who have learning disabilities, such as autism, add, etc..
