My boyfriend doesn't let me do anything in sex?

My bf is fantastic in bed but he's got a weird thing about letting me do anything for him. Like I've tried to give him oral sex and he doesn't want to because he doesn't believe I get any pleasure out of it. We've been seeing a therapist about it and our therapist says that he's doesn't "believe himself important enough to warrant sexual activities that please only him." In basic terms, that means he doesn't want to have any kind of sex that he doesn't believe provides pleasure who who he's sleeping with (he doesn't any problem giving me oral sex for my pleasure but he won't accept it from me for his pleasure).
