How can I set my PC so that when I drag a file to a different folder, it copies it instead of cutting it?

I started using "right-click, drag, copy here, left-click" but I am choosing 50 photos out of hundreds for an album and want to just drag and drop. Problem is I don't want to take the photos out of their original folders, just copy them into a new one. read more on Yahoo answers
