can staff infections cause me to have swollen lmphnoids in my neck legs and armpits?

the surgery was from an umbilcal hernia and i went home the same day as the surgery. next day i went back in because i went into shock and had extreme pain. they treated it by reopening and getting the infection out. i as treated for 9 days in the hospital. i now experiance swollen lyphnoids in my neck and armpits and its been lasting for a 3 month period. is this because of the staff infection and what steps should i take having had a staff infection. read more on Yahoo answers
